Section 13.10 Transfer of Finance Functions.
The financial functions performed by the Clerk-Treasurer under the optional law shall be transferred under this Charter to the Finance Director by January 1, 1979, and the office of Clerk-Treasurer shall be abolished as an independent office as of the date of transfer.
