236.02 PETTY CASH FUND.
A Petty Cash Fund is hereby established for each department authorized by the Manager, consisting of amounts as recommended by the Finance Director and approved by the Manager via administrative policy. The Director of Finance shall be responsible for such Funds under the direction of the Manager. An account of such Funds shall be kept along with necessary documentation and shall be balanced once a month and also at the end of the year by the Director of Finance. Such Funds shall be used for miscellaneous expenses in the day-to-day operation of the Municipality.
