280.11 PENALTIES.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject o the following penalties:
(a) Fifty dollars (\$50.00) for each tree removed without a Tree Removal Permit.
(b) Fifty dollars (\$500.00) for each Monarch Tree removed without the approval of the Tree Authority.
(c) One hundred dollars (\$100.00) per tree for each tree not replaced.
(d) Five hundred dollars (\$500.00) for each Monarch Tree or tree or shrub on public property damaged as a result of a violation of Section 280.07.
(e) Five hundred dollars (\$500.00) for providing false or misleading information in any application for a Tree Removal Permit.
(f) Withholding or revocation of subdivision approval, rezoning approval, permit approval, or occupancy permits until the above penalties are paid and compliance with Chapter 280 is achieved or assured to the satisfaction of the City Manager.
