286.02 MEETINGS; DUTIES.
The Commission shall meet every six months and upon call of the chairman, shall perform the duties set forth in Ohio R.C. 149.39, and in addition thereto shall, when it is deemed advisable by the membership, initiate and promulgate plans for the reproduction of City records, by lawful means, for the purpose of more economical storage and improved safety thereof, and may conduct investigations of the necessity for and the practicability of such plans.
