438.17 FOCUS AND AIM OF HEADLIGHTS.
(a) No person shall use any lights mentioned in Section 438.16, inclusive, upon any motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer unless the lights are equipped, mounted and adjusted as to focus and aim in accordance with State regulations.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
