452.15 PARKING ON STREETS WITH NO CURBS.
(a) On streets or highways where no curb exists, vehicles shall be stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such vehicle parallel with and as near the right-hand side of such roadway as practical.
(b) Subsection (a) hereof shall apply on streets which have been designated for one-way traffic, except that on such streets parking is permitted on the left side of such streets unless prohibited by official signs or markings. (1977 Code Sec. 73.04)
