668.06 ENFORCEMENT OF VACATION ORDERS.
When the notice of vacation has not been complied with, and the County Board of Health certifies such fact to the Chief of Police, together with a copy of the notice, the Chief shall enforce such notice of vacation and cause the premises to be vacated in accordance with the terms of such notice.
