672.10 PAPER BALLOONS.
(a) No person shall sell, offer for sale or give away a paper balloon to which a burning light or flame may be attached, or release into the air any such balloon with a burning light or flame. (1977 Code Sec. 95.02)
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
