826.04 UNREGULATED SIGNS.
The following types of signs are unregulated, and do not require a permit:
(a) Signs which are lawfully established by Federal or State government or by a political subdivision of the State government having:
(1) The power of eminent domain; and
(2) The legal right of possession or control of the parcel on which the sign is located.
(b) Indoor signs, not intentionally positioned to facilitate viewing from outdoors.
(c) Mobile signs, except those prohibited under Section 826.07(m).
(d) Signs clearly in the nature of decorations associated with any national, State, local or religious holiday.
