826.23 APPEALS AND FEES.
(a) Any written decision by the City Manager, or his designee under Section826.22(c).

(b) Applications for appeal shall bear the current fee set forth in Appendix A of Chapter 1464 of the Codified Ordinances, refundable if the appeal is granted in its entirety.
