840.06 INJUNCTION.
A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without having a valid permit is subject to a suit for injunction and shall also be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor. If an injunction must be sought, attorneys fees and costs will be assessed at the discretion of the Court against the sexually oriented business, its owners and operators.
