856.06 DISPLAY OF RATES; EXCESSIVE CHARGES.
Every taxicab shall display at all times a printed list of the fares and rates to be charged passengers for transportation. No owner or driver of a taxicab shall charge any amount in excess of such printed rates unless by a mutual agreement between the passenger and the driver entered into before leaving the point of departure.
