856.08 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSES.
Whenever a licensee under this chapter fails, for sixty days, to make a reasonable or consistent effort to operate a taxicab, the Manager or other chief administrative officer may either suspend or revoke such license pursuant to Section 820.08. Such power to suspend or revoke shall not limit the powers granted to the Manager or other chief administrative officer elsewhere in these Codified Ordinances.
