856.09 RENEWAL OF LICENSES.
All owners of taxicabs licensed under this chapter, at the completion of the year for which such license was issued, shall be entitled to a renewal for each succeeding year without a finding of convenience or necessity, provided that all other requirements of these Codified Ordinances are complied with.
