880.14 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.
Moneys derived from the tax imposed by this chapter for the purposes specified in Section 880.01 shall be allocated to the General Fund. Moneys derived from the tax imposed by this chapter for the sole purpose of providing funds for capital improvements shall be allocated to the Income Tax Capital Improvements Fund, which is hereby established.
