884.05 EXAMINATION OF BOOKS, PAPERS, ETC.
The Tax Administrator, his/her agents and employees are hereby authorized to examine the books, papers and records of any hotel or supposed hotel in order to verify the accuracy of any return made or, if no return was made, to ascertain the tax imposed by this chapter.
