1024.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; BOND.
(a) No person shall cut any curb in the Municipality without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Manager.
(b) Before such permit is issued by the Manager, the applicant for such permit shall post a bond in an amount required by the Manager, which bond shall be sufficient to cover the cost of replacing such curb in its original form.
