1026.03 PLANTING TREE IN TREE LAWNS.
No owner of property abutting any street of the Municipality shall plant, or permit or cause to be planted, any tree, shrub, bush or other vegetation other than lawn grass within the area between the sidewalk and the curb abutting any street of the Municipality, which area is commonly known as the tree lawn, without the express written permission of the City Manager.
