1026.06 FAILURE TO CURE.
If the owner does not cure the specified violation(s) within ten days after being ordered to do so, the City Manager shall cause such violation(s) to be cured by the City’s employees or agents. Entry onto the property by City employees or agents for evaluation and correction of the problem shall not constitute a trespass. (Ord. 98-43. Passed 10-1-98.)
