1028.08 DENIAL OF APPLICATION.
The City Manager may deny an application for a Certificate of Registration for adequate cause. The City Manager shall provide to the applicant in written form specific factual findings in support of the decision by the City Manager to deny the application for a Certificate of Registration. Any decision by the City Manager to deny an application for a Certificate of Registration is appealable by the application to the City Council in the manner set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 08-22.
