1042.23 MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE MAIN; LEAKAGES.
That portion of the service main from the curb stopcock into the property shall be maintained at the sole expense of the property owner. Such owner shall be held responsible for any leakage which may occur in that portion of the service main. The Division of Water reserves the right to discontinue service to such property if such leakage develops, until such time as satisfactory repair may be made by the property owner.
