​(a) Charges for service shall be payable monthly. Amounts of less than ten dollars (\$10.00) shall not be refunded on any utility bill overpayment. (Ord. 10-27. Passed 6-17-10.)

​(b) The owner of the premises, the occupant thereof and the user of the service shall be jointly and severally liable to pay for the service to such premises. Service is furnished to the premises by the Municipality only upon the condition that the owner, the occupant and the user of the services are jointly and severally liable therefor to the Municipality.

​(c) Bills for sewer service shall be sent out by the Municipality at the earliest practical date following the period for which the service is billed.

​(d) All sewer bills are due and payable upon receipt. A penalty of ten percent (10%) of the bill shall be added to all bills not paid by the twentieth day after they have been rendered. An additional one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) shall be added to the total for each thirty days the bill remains unpaid. (Ord. 88-10. Passed 2-4-88.)
