1222.01 PLAN ADOPTED
(a) Council of the City of Springboro hereby approves and adopts the Community Development Guide Plan prepared by Bassett Associates and dated June, 1989.

(b) The Comprehensive Plan prepared by Feinknopf, Macioce and Schappa Architects, Inc. and dated July 16, 1998 is hereby adopted as the guiding concept for the future development of public improvements and for the regulation of private development in the City.
