1226.04 SIGHT DISTANCE CRITERIA FOR ACCESS CONTROL.
Before issuing a permit for egress from a parcel of land, the responsible agency should ensure that vehicles can exit from the proposed development with minimum hazard and disruption of traffic as per ODOT “Location and Design Manual, Volume One”.
