1229.09 MINIMUM MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT.
The owner of a Protected Property shall provide sufficient maintenance and upkeep for such structure to ensure its protection from hazards and to prevent its deterioration.
(a) The above provisions shall be in addition to all other applicable provisions of the building codes of Springboro and the State of Ohio.
(b) The ARB, on its own initiative, may request the Building Inspector to inspect any Protected Property which in the opinion of the ARB may be in violation of the minimum maintenance requirement.
