1240.10 AMENDMENTS.
For the purpose of protecting the public health, safety and general welfare, the Planning Commission may from time to time make a formal recommendation to the City Council proposing amendments to these Subdivision Regulations. After receipt of the recommendations, City Council shall act on the recommendation in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 713.12.
