1244.02 MINOR SUBDIVISIONS.
(a) If the plan constitutes a minor subdivision, an application for a minor subdivision may be submitted to the Director of Planning.
(b) The Director of Planning shall review the concept plan application and approve or disapprove based on the criteria for a minor subdivision. If a record plan is not submitted for review within the one (1) year period, the concept plan approval shall be null and void, and the applicant shall be required to submit a new plan for concept review subject to the then existing subdivision regulations.
