1244.12 SUSPENSION AND INVALIDATION OF PLAT.
If the City of Springboro suspends record plan approval for any subdivision under the provisions set forth in Section 1242.02 of these regulations. If any court of competent jurisdiction invalidates final plat approval for any subdivision, the city shall record a document with the recorder’s office of Warren or Montgomery County declaring that the final plat for the subdivision is no longer valid and that further subdivision activity is prohibited.
