1262.02 BUILDING PERMITS REQUIRED.
No person shall erect, move, add to or structurally alter a building or other structure without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building and Zoning Inspector. No building permit shall be issued by the Inspector except in conformity with this Zoning Code, unless he or she received a written order from the Board of Zoning Appeals in the form of an administrative review, conditional use or variance, as provided by this Zoning Code.
