1262.18 ERROR OF BUILDING AND ZONING INSPECTOR.
The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Building and Zoning Inspector in the enforcement of this Zoning Code. (Ord. 546B. Passed 2-25-76.)
