1262.26 PARK AND PLAYGROUND FEES.
There is hereby established a fee for park and playground purposes, to be paid with each building permit issued for the construction of a structure in the Municipality. Such fee shall be as established by Council. Such fee shall be paid in full before the issuance of a building permit.
