Any person who desires a change of zoning districts shall file an application therefor with the Building and Zoning Inspector and shall deposit an amount as set forth in Appendix A of Chapter 1464 of such sum shall be paid into the General Fund for administrative expenses and the remainder shall be held for advertising and any other expenses involved in the proceedings. After all expenses are paid, the remaining amount shall be returned to the applicant. (Ord. 93-46. Passed 7-1-93.)
