1264.03 R-1 ESTATE-TYPE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
The purpose of the R-1 District is to provide land for single-family housing units with a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet. Mobile housing units and multifamily units are prohibited. On lots one acre in size and larger, on-site water and sewer facilities are permitted if current County health regulations are satisfactorily met and public sewer and water is not available.
