The purpose of the R-1A District is to provide land for single-family housing units and multifamily housing units with the stipulation that the multifamily housing units cannot have more than two units per building and that there cannot be more than one building per lot. Mobile housing units are prohibited. Commercial and industrial development is prohibited. Group or central water and sewer facilities are required.
