1264.11 M-1 LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT.
The purpose of the M-1 District is to provide for manufacturing or industrial establishments which are clean, quiet and free of hazardous or objectionable elements such as noise, odor, dust, smoke or glare, which operate within enclosed structures and which generate little industrial traffic. Heavy manufacturing or industrial development is prohibited. Commercial development is prohibited. Group or central water and sewer facilities are required.
