1264.13 PUD PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
The purpose of the PUD District is to conserve land through more efficient allocation of private lots, common grounds and nonresidential uses, promoting greater efficiency in providing public and utility services and securing the benefits of new techniques of community development and renewal.
