1270.01 PERMITTED CONDITIONAL USES.
Conditional uses shall conform to all requirements of this Zoning Code, including additional standards set forth in Sections1270.05 before being permitted in their respective districts. All conditional uses are hereby declared to possess characteristics of such unique and special forms that each specific use shall be considered as an individual case.
