With the exception of R-1 and R-1A Districts, on a corner lot, the main building and its accessory structures are required to be set back the same distance from all street right-of-way lines as is required for the front setback in the district in which such structures are located. In R-1 and R-1A Districts, the front yard setback from one street shall be not less than fifty feet and shall be not less than thirty-five feet on the other street or streets.
