1270.37 RESTORATION OF MINE AREAS.
The operator of an extraction process shall file with the Board of Zoning Appeals a detailed plan for the restoration of the area to be mined, which shall include the anticipated future use of the restored land, the proposed final topography indicated by contour lines of an interval of not more than five feet, the type and number per acre of trees or shrubs to be planted and the location of future roads, drives, drainage courses or other improvements contemplated.
