In any district, except an R-1 District; more than one structure housing a permitted or permissible principal use may be erected on a single lot, provided that side and rear yard and other requirements of this Zoning Code are met for each structure as though it were on an individual lot. Accessory buildings, such as a garage, may be located in the rear yard, provided that yard and other requirements of this Zoning Code are met.
