1272.09 PEDESTRIAN, BICYCLE CIRCULATION.
A well-designed pedestrian and bicycle circulation system is essential and should be separated as completely and as reasonably as possible from the vehicular street system in order to provide pedestrian and bicycle safety and freedom of vehicular movement. This system shall be designed to serve the pedestrian and bicycle needs of surrounding neighborhoods as well as the PUD. (Ord. 02-4. Passed 1-17-02.)
