The record plan shall conform to the approved final development plan. The applicant and his or her successors and assigns shall make no alterations, addition or deletions to the approved final development plan or to the related documents. Major changes may not be made unless and until a revised final development plan is processed and approved in accordance with this chapter. Minor changes may be approved by the Planning Commission without submission of a revised final development plan.
