1280.06 STAFF REVIEW.
(a) Upon the filing of any site plan, the City Engineer shall review such plan and prepare a report to be submitted with the plan to the Planning Commission, if review by the Commission is appropriate. The report shall consider those items enumerated in Section 1280.08.
(b) A copy of the submitted site plan or of a modification to a previously approved plan which may invoke concerns about soil erosion and sediment control may be referred to the County Soil and Water Conservation District for review and recommendations as to measures which should be taken to minimize erosion and prevent damage to other properties.
