1420.01 ADOPTION OF CODES BY REFERENCE.
The City of Springboro hereby adopts, in their entirety and as fully as if set forth verbatim herein, each of the following codes:
(a) The Ohio Residential Code for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, 1999 Edition, as published by the Ohio Building Officials Association, with the Miami Valley Amendments (hereinafter called the "OBOA Code").
(b) Chapters 4101:2-1 to 4101:2-51 of the Ohio Administrative Code, collectively known as the "Ohio Building Code" (formerly known as the "Ohio Basic Building Code"), 2002 Edition.
(c) The National Electrical Code, 2002 Edition, as sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association.
