1424.01 ADOPTION.
Pursuant to Section 5.6of the Municipal Charter, there is hereby adopted by and for the Municipality the Insulation Requirements of the Ohio Basic Building Code ART 31 and Ohio Basic Mechanical Code ART 19 and 1992 BOCA Model Energy Code.
