1620.01 INSPECTIONS.
The Fire Chief or any deputy designated by him or her is hereby authorized, at any and all reasonable times, and upon complaint or information is hereby required, to enter and inspect any premises, building or structure in the Municipality with regard to the presence, arrangement or deposit of materials or matter which may constitute a fire hazard or create danger in case of a fire. The Chief or his or her deputy is further authorized and required to inspect the condition, size, arrangement and efficiency of all appliances on or in such premises, for protection against fire.
