CHAPTER 270 Personnel Board
EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Section 9.06 of the Municipal Charter, the Personnel Board has promulgated rules and regulations governing the ascertainment of merit and fitness as the basis for appointment and promotion in Municipal service and governing appeals from the actions of any board, official or Council in any case of transfer, reduction or removal. Copies of such rules and regulations are available, at cost, from the Secretary of the Board.
There are no sections in Chapter 270. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
